From the initial contact, through the assessment process and care commencing, all the staff have been friendly and highly professional, ensuring all Dad's care needs would be met. The carers provided wonderful care. They were all gentle, patient and caring which is very important to us. They also provided extra care when needed. I have been receiving care from Louise Home care for approximately six months. I have two visits a day in the morning to assist with my shower and breakfast and in the evening to prepare a meal. Visits are for 45 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. I am very happy with Louisa's friendly
staff and with the assistance they give me.

Louisa Home care have been incredibly supportive and helpful with a very difficult case. They were due to end a privately funded care package for a couple due to concerns of behaviours, risks to carers and care package not being suitable. A new care agency were sourced but withdraw on the same day leaving the couple with no care. Louisa at Louisa Home care was contacted and she agreed to make immediate and interim visits to the couple whilst decisions are being made. Despite concerns of their own, Louisa Home care have continued to support the couple in very difficult circumstances to ensure they are safe and well. I have been very impressed by their overall care, support and dedication to customers.
